Yoga/Qigong With Margaret
The Yoga we do is an interactive mix of attentive alignment, fluid movement and breath awareness.
I am a teacher of many years' experience with an established understanding and interest in both subtle body energetics and physical anatomy.
Our classes focus on encouraging the personal exploration of postures to create internal space. I encourage curiosity about the practice and often use the wall and various props to further enhance the asana experience.
The classes are designed to meet you where you are and bring you deeper into your practice.
Everyone is welcome, from beginners to advanced.
