At the time of confirmation of booking you must pay a non-refundable 20% deposit of the total hire charge and sign the hire agreement.
You must pay the balance of the hire fee within 7 days prior to the commencement of the event, or on confirmation of booking if within 7 days of start of hire.
You must also pay:
- a key deposit of £50
- a cleaning/damage deposit of £100
- an additional £20 towards the bar license if selling alcohol.
The Key Deposit will be refunded to you within 7 days of return of the key to the key box at the premises.
We will refund the Cleaning / Damage Deposit to you within 7 days of the end date of the event provided that the premises are left in a clean and tidy condition and there is no damage
If the premises are not returned in a clean and tidy condition, any cleaning costs incurred will be deducted from the cleaning deposit paid and the balance, if any, returned to you.
You agree not to exceed the maximum permitted number of people per room including the organisers or performers, maximum number of people is as follows:
Fire regulation limit is 120 unseated; 90 seated
Our Village Hall is approximately 19m x 9m in size.
