A small and friendly Pilates class suitable for all abilities. The class is based around a series of exercises which help strengthen and improve flexibility in our bodies. Through thoughtful movement we are able to manage injury, discomfort and pain. We can release tightness and improve our overall levels of movement and function. An hour with Louise will give you some headspace, clarity and confidence to get on with the rest of your week. Classes are kept to a maximum of 12 for individual attention.
Classes are at Old Village Hall on Thursdays 9.30am - 10.30am.
